Ads that are judged by the phone ringing

Google and Meta ads for businesses that need enquiries this month, not next year. We run them from Rajkot, you keep the ad account, and every week you get one number: what you spent and what came in.

Your ad budget stays in your own account. We never hold it.

Illustration of one month of advertising: 30,000 rupees spent, 1,900 clicks, 62 enquiries, about 484 rupees per enquiry.

Ads or SEO?

Owners ask us this on nearly every call. The honest answer is short.

Ads are a tap. Turn them on, enquiries start within days; turn them off, they stop. You pay per click and the price rises when competitors bid. SEO is a well. Slow to dig, then it keeps giving for years at a fixed monthly cost.

If you need customers now, or you're launching something new, or you're in a trade where buyers search once and buy once (a wedding venue, a builder), ads are the right tool. If you've got six months and a steady trade, dig the well too.

Most of our clients start with ads, add SEO in month two or three, and lower the ad budget as search takes over. We'll tell you when that point arrives.

What you get

Set up once, then managed every week.

Google Search ads

Shown to people typing what you sell, in the cities you serve, at the hours you answer the phone. Negative keywords so you don't pay for "free" or "jobs" clicks.

Instagram and Facebook ads

For products people don't yet know they want: furniture, jewellery, ceramics, courses, property. Short videos and carousels shot at your premises.

A landing page built for the call

Ads sent to your homepage waste money. Each campaign gets a single page with one offer, proof, and a Call and WhatsApp button that we track.

Call and WhatsApp tracking

Every call and message from an ad is counted, so "enquiries" in the report means real enquiries, not clicks.

A weekly number on WhatsApp

Spent, enquiries, cost per enquiry, and what we're changing. One message every Monday. A fuller report at month end.

How it runs

A two-week start, then a weekly loop that never really ends.

Week 1. Set-up

  • Ad accounts created in your name, or access to your existing ones.
  • Offer and audience agreed: what, to whom, where, at what price.
  • Landing page built and tracking tested with a real call.

Week 2. Launch small

  • Campaigns go live at about half the planned budget.
  • Two or three versions of every ad, so the data picks the winner, not us.
  • First enquiries usually land within three days.

Every week after. Adjust

  • Move budget to what's producing enquiries; cut what isn't.
  • Swap tired creatives; add new phrases people searched.
  • Send you Monday's number. Take a call if the number needs talking about.

Pricing approach

Two numbers, kept separate so you always know which is which. Placeholder figures, confirm with client

Management fee from ₹10,000 a month

Our work: set-up, creatives, weekly changes, reporting. Rises with the number of platforms and campaigns. Typical range ₹10,000 to ₹25,000.

Ad budget from ₹15,000 a month

Paid by you, directly to Google and Meta, from your own account. Below ₹15,000 there isn't enough data to improve anything, so we'd rather say no than waste it.

Set-up

The landing page and tracking are a one-off, usually ₹8,000 to ₹15,000. If we built your website, it's often already there.

Terms

Three-month minimum to start, then monthly. Accounts and all the data stay yours if you stop.

Who it suits

Ads reward businesses that answer the phone.

A good fit if

  • A new customer is worth ₹5,000 or more to you, so a ₹400 enquiry makes sense.
  • Someone picks up the phone during working hours and replies to WhatsApp within the hour.
  • You can commit ₹25,000 a month all-in for three months to find out what works.

Not yet if

  • Enquiries currently go unanswered for a day. Fix that first; ads will only make it more expensive.
  • You sell a very low-value item with no repeat business.
  • Your website is slow or broken on a phone. Sending paid traffic there is throwing money away, and we'll say so.

Questions about ads

Money questions, mostly. Good.

You do, from your own card or bank account linked to accounts in your name. We never hold your ad money, so there's no mark-up hiding in it and the invoices from Google and Meta come straight to you for GST.

Google Search ads usually bring the first calls within three days of going live. Instagram and Facebook take a week or two to settle. The first month is about finding what works; the second is about making it cheaper.

Yes, down to a few kilometres around your shop if that's what makes sense. Or across Saurashtra, Gujarat, or India for a manufacturer who ships anywhere. You choose the map.

You'll know within the first month, because you'll see the numbers every week. If the cost per enquiry isn't going to make sense for your business, we'll tell you and suggest stopping. We'd rather lose a retainer than keep one that costs you money.

Also see SEO for the long-term version, and social media if you want a presence rather than a campaign.
