The system your office runs on, built around how it already works
Billing, stock, orders, dispatch, attendance, customer follow-ups. If it lives in a register, a spreadsheet, or a WhatsApp group that only one person understands, we can turn it into something the whole office can use.
Quoted in stages. You pay for each stage after it works.

Custom or off the shelf?
Often the right answer is "off the shelf", and we'll say so.
If Tally, Zoho, Vyapar or a ready-made school or clinic app does 90% of what you need, buy it. It's cheaper and someone else fixes the bugs. We'll help you set it up and stop there.
Custom software makes sense when the remaining 10% is the part that makes your business different, or when you've outgrown the ready-made tool and are running half the business in spreadsheets around it. Job-work tracking with your own stages, quotations from your own price logic, dispatch that talks to your transporter, a customer portal for order status. Those are the jobs we take.
Everything we build runs in a browser, so it works on the shop PC, the owner's phone and the accountant's laptop without installing anything, and your data sits in a database you can export any day.
Things we've been asked to build
A sample, so you can see where yours fits.
Order and job-work tracking
Enquiry to quote to order to production stages to dispatch, with the stage visible to the office, the floor, and if you want, the customer.
Stock and material
Raw material in, finished goods out, reorder alerts on WhatsApp, and a stock count that matches the godown.
Billing and GST
Quotations, proforma and tax invoices from one place, e-way bill fields filled, exports to Tally for the CA.
Customer follow-up (CRM)
Every enquiry from the website, WhatsApp and calls in one list, with who's following up and when. Nothing goes cold because someone was on leave.
Staff attendance and salary
Attendance from a phone or a fingerprint machine, advances and deductions, monthly salary sheets. Built for factories with 20 to 200 people.
School, clinic and society management
Fees, admissions and results; appointments and patient records; maintenance bills and complaints. Usually a ready-made app plus the bits it doesn't do.
How it runs
Three parts. The first one is where most projects go wrong, so we spend the most care there.
Scope
Two to three weeks
We sit with the people who'll use it, not just the owner, and watch how the work happens now. Then we write down, in plain language, every screen and what it does. You read it, we argue about it, and it becomes the contract. Priced as a small fixed fee, and yours to take elsewhere if you don't continue.
Build in stages
Four to twelve weeks
The scope is cut into stages of two to three weeks each. Every stage ends with something your staff can actually use, on real data, and you pay for it only once it's working. Change your mind between stages without penalty; that's what stages are for.
Handover and support
Ongoing
Training for everyone who'll touch it, a written manual, all source code and the database in your name, and a monthly support plan for fixes and small changes. You're never locked in to us.
What we won't do
- Quote a whole system in one number before we've seen how you work. That number is always wrong, and it's you who pays for it.
- Build a mobile app when a website that works on a phone would do. App stores add cost and delay for no benefit to most offices.
- Keep your code or your data hostage. Both are yours from the first stage.
Pricing approach
Staged, so the risk is small for both of us. Placeholder figures, confirm with client
Scope ₹15,000 to ₹30,000
A fixed fee for the scoping work and the written document. Deducted from the build if you go ahead.
Build from ₹75,000
Most single-purpose systems (orders, stock, CRM) land between ₹75,000 and ₹2,50,000. Each stage is priced in the scope, and paid on delivery of that stage.
Support from ₹3,000 a month
Hosting, backups, fixes, and a few hours of small changes. Bigger changes are quoted as new stages.
Example
A job-work tracker for a 40-person machine shop: scope ₹20,000, three build stages totalling ₹1,40,000 over ten weeks, support ₹4,000 a month. Figures are illustrative.
Questions about software
From owners who've had a bad experience, mostly.
You do, from the first stage you pay for. It's written into the scope document. You get the source code and the database, and another developer could pick it up if you ever wanted them to.
It needs a connection, like WhatsApp does. For factories in GIDC areas with unreliable lines we can host it on a PC in your office so it works on the local network and syncs when the internet is back. Say so during scoping.
Yes. Invoices and receipts can be exported in a form Tally imports, or pushed directly. Your CA keeps working the way they do now.
Then the screens are designed for them: big buttons, Gujarati labels if needed, a phone-friendly version for the floor, and training at your premises until they're confident. If your staff won't use it, it's a failed project no matter how good the code is.
Talk through what you need built
Describe the problem, not the software. What takes too long, gets lost, or lives in a register that only one person can read. We'll suggest the smallest thing that fixes it.
